Can anyone help me?!
I want to know,
*The IgG2b Isotype indicate to what type of immune response?
*TH1 type immune response or TH2 type immune response?
I know that IL-4 associated with TH2 antibody response.
and induces the change from IgM to IgG1 and IgE in the B lymphocyte ,
IFN- γ associated with TH1 cell mediated immune response
and induces the change from IgM to IgG2a
All i found about IgG2b was that TGF-31 is a switch factor for the
murine IgG2b subclass for appropriately activated B cells
