That shows ALOT of changes in ratios and features that present day plastic surgery can NOT change...for example:
Eye to skull ratio
Skull length
Eye color
Iris size
Overall the skulls of the two examples are COMPLETELY different and while you can shave down some parts of the skull theres limits on how much you can shave down. Theres also limits on how much you can get implanted. And even with all the different skin procedures out there...you can not make a 60 year old's skin look like a 20 year old's...
Theres FAR too many limits with modern day surgery. BUT if we had nanomachines that could break down and rebuild the entire face and skull, atom by atom, there would be almost no limit to what you could do.
