Any1 wanna help me with a new concept

a lighter you could use in the wind they already have them out but i want to make my own -
The black box is the housing. The green bar will be wrapped with nichrome wire. I need help calculating how much voltage i need to run. The battery supply must be button cells. Im sorry for the bad explanation plz ask questions so i can further explain. The wire must be hot enough to burn
