Thank you all , helps me a lot . I need to know the value of PBS to make 200 µm I have 0.001m of PBS so I want to be 200 µm ?

Dear I am a student and I need to do comet assay ( that is frist time for me) and I will go to prepared buffers but I need good protocol to follow with all details not just brief . Because I was a way for chemistry such a long time ago so I want everything explane in details plz Thanks
