Hi, I am working with the good old PMSF inhibitor, that is supposed to inhibit a broad spectrum of serine proteases. But how broad is this spectrum? I am wondering how different its inhibition is to different proteases. Can one tell me if it inhibits plasmin (sounds trivial that it should so, but I could not explicitly find it) and if so with which Ki value? Any good source for PMSF Ki values for different proteases? Many thanks, Csiszi
