yeah damion you are talking abuot socialism or in this case libertarian socialism, not anarchy. however in the case of anarchy the reason why it wouldn't work is this. imagine a society that has 2 achers(sp) of land. someone wants to take an acher of land to make a big house for himself and himself alone. thats half of the entire groups land that he would control. of course everyone else wouldn't like this as they need the land to grow food and everything else. so the rest of the group says that him building the house would not be fair and he cant do it. however at this point you know longer have an anarchy you have a central authority (the group) anarchy is impossible unless you have a single family out on an island somewhere

I believe if you continued like that the average male would be required to live until the age of fifty so you would eliminate most genes on the y chromosone that are detrimental (only if you did this for dozens of generations). and many other genes that are detrimental to your health that affect males as well as females a genetisist would be better at analyzing and explaining that case better than I could

well, some of the genes that we consider detrimental could be helpful obesity, there are several genes that mitagate fat processing (anybody seen a genetisist) now while this is detrimental in modern society in the event of a global catastrophe it is actually a benefit, because a slower metabolism allows you to eat less. also cancer and other such ailments that come after the age of 30-40 are not factors in natural selection. as natural selection only applies to those incapable of producing children (or surviving long enough to) if everyone was only allowed to have children after they turned 40 then only genes that could allow a person to survive for that amount of time would continue through the gene pool. then later if you changed the requirement to 50 and then 60 over the course of several hundred years. the average life span would have been greatly increased. this has been studied using fruit flies

but what about in the case where matter is being expelled out the back of the craft to produce thrust. I suppose it would increase in relativistic mass and produce more thrust when it is shot out the back right? maybe someone who knows a bit more about it than me can figure it out. well, the implications of what you said are that instead of E=mc^2 it is in fact E=md (this would mean that a particle had some way of knowing how big the universe is) you can't draw a distinction between the whole universe and a section of it. the only way in my mind you could make E=md work would be to link the speed of light to the size of the universe. this way both E=mc^2 and E=md work.

the moab is intended to clear jungles for landing fields. its not intended as a frontline weapon of war. also what really frightens me is the fact that our (americans) military is developing small nuclear weapons (>1kiloton) for use as bunker busting warheads

I have said it before and i'll say it again if you can't define a dimension it doesn't exist how can you define a point or an object in more than 4 dimensions Ill start believeing it I do know the whole idea of strings wrapping around dimensions and keeping them small but, why bother talking about them if their that small. It would seem that you could say that there are millions of dimensions that are just really small and strings wrap around them and keep them small. I do like the idea of strings themselves just not all of the hoopla that comes with them

you can't carbon date the universe the age of the universe is found by looking at the cosmic background radiation (you do something with redshift rates and get the age of the universe (I don't know how this works other than that))

except alot of those theories postulate that when the universe collapses time will run backwards

what was the range of numbers? i believe the probability would be 1/1000 if it was 1-10 however if that is not repeated multiple times (the pattern persists after many trials) (more than 10) I would consider it a statistical anomaly. if you could maintain the pattern for that long, I would try a different random number generator (I'm sure you could find dozens of these). This would ensure that the program your using works, and is not just following some pattern that you subconsciously found (or something else) also it doesn't count if you run the experiment thousands of times and you get a pattern out of it. this would just be because you did it so many times you got lucky do it with a couple of random number generators, and if you can write a paper on it and get famous for being a true precog.
