  1. Hi, i would like some help on this question that was given to me for revision for my exam in a couple of days. A 20,000V overhead power line carries 50kW of power. Calculate the strength of the magnetic field at a point 12 metres away from the power line and give the unit for your answer. the value of k is 2.0 x 10-7 TmA-1 (to answer this question you will need to first calculate the current in the wire) That is what the whole question says. I haven't learnt anything like this, this year so please help me out. thanks in advance.
