Possibly i didn't understand as much as i thought. my understanding is this, let's say you have a one mega watt energy source you can tune to any frequency, it would take quite a bit more radio waves to dissipate that much energy than it would gamma rays... Am i close?

Yes it does, the fossil record is replete with specimens that are transitory between various groups but the one you picked is quite complete, Humans can be followed by fossils all the way to apes to monkeys and beyond, there is no evidence that would indicate that apes or any other form of life just magically appeared fully formed as we see them now... since this does nothing to refute evolution or common descent I see no reason to strike out on a new course that has nothing to do with evolution...
