  1. Take him to Titan and drop him off naked in a methane lake...
  2. Titan would be my first stop as well.
  3. Let's say you woke this morning and found a space shback yard. For the sake of argument (all you Star Trek fans know what i am, talking about) it's the Delta Flyer. The door is open and when you walk in it tells you it will take you anywhere you want. Where would you go first?
  4. I'd like to see Trucks reproduce... No really...
  5. Damn, I was looking for the question what does the moon do for me... anyone? Bueler?
  6. I worship the Moon, at least it exists and al I have to do is Look at it...
  7. A superconductor on a 3 Pi mobius strip!
  8. Shake baby, shake for me!
  9. Is the instantaneous of the movement causing a problem here? A warp drive could get you the same effect and not be impossible, it would depend on some improbable things like negative mass. if it took you one year to span that distance instead on no time at all would that make a difference?
  10. The point I was trying to make was did the spacecraft travel in time due to traveling faster than light and which star was it traveling in time relation too...
  11. I think your larger just before a mass extinction effect is a bit of an illusion but there are some real world reasons this appears to be true even though currently I would say that mammals had their heyday around 2 million or more years ago and currently land animals are bit smaller on average than during Pliocene but Dinosaurs are or were "pre evolved" to be larger, this can be seen from modern living dinosaurs who have hollow bones and more advanced circulatory and lung systems compared to mammals. The largest mammal that ever lived was related to rhinoceros's and was as large as many dinosaurs. Mammals are burdened by heavier but less strong skeletons, less advanced breathing/circulatory systems, and a reproductive system that puts larger adults in a precarious place the larger they get.
  12. During this grueling time of self quarantining I've been trying to practice a little mental gymnastics everyday and I think I've come up with a small paradox. Well for me anyway. Let's say we have two stars 10 light years apart, star A and B, you have a space ship with 'magical technology" that allows you travel 5 light years in an instant. So you get in your space ship at Star A instantly you are 5 LYs from both stars, I'll call that point C, looking back at star A you see light that is 5 years in star A's past but the light from star B is 5 years in star A's future. The reverse would also be true. Star B's light you see is 5 years in star B's past but still in 5 years in star A's future so you would be 5 years in both star's past and future... right? Am I wrong or right or neither? Crap I should have put this in speculations...
  13. Aren't we entering the age of Aquarius? Age transitions[edit] Many astrologers consider the entrance into a new astrological age a gradual transition called a "cusp". For example, Ray Grasse states that an astrological age does not begin at an exact day or year.[18] Paul Wright states that a transition effect does occur at the border of the astrological ages. Consequently, the beginning of any age cannot be defined to a single year or a decade but blend its influences with the previous age for a period of time until the new age can stand in its own right.[19] Many astrologers believe that the world is transitioning from the Age of Pisces to the Age of Aquarius,[20] which is claimed to explain that developments in the world today can be aligned to Pisces (i.e. continuing strong religious influences especially from Christianity) and Aquarius (traditional archetypes associated with Aquarius include electricity, computers, and democracy).[21] A few astrologers consider the last c. 10 degrees of a given age (c. 720 years) as the time period during which the new age starts to make visible its influences, also called "orb of influence". In Nicholas Campion's The Book of World Horoscopes there are six pages listing researchers and their proposed dates for the start of the Age of Aquarius indicating that many researchers believe that each age commences at an exact date.[22] Albert Amao PhD states that the transition period between any two ages occurs over a one degree (1°) orb to either side of the point of intersection of two adjoining zodiacal constellations. As one degree is approximately 72 years, Amao has a transition period between ages of 144 years.[23]
  14. I am building  a large styrofoam background for my 75 gallon aquarium to allow me to use plants as filters. Can I post the picture on here and if so where?

I live in an apartment now, no place to really work, it makes a huge mess to make such a background.

  15. Biggest Joke I know of: The Donald...
  16. ROFLMAO! You beat me to it...
  17. Chemist Phil Mason, known on you tube as Thunderf00t, has released a video explaining in detail why life cannot exist in the clouds of venus based on the lack of hydrogen and how the phosphine would have to be attributed to some other process. He also explains the paper citing the possible discovery of phosphine and how it has been misinterpreted buy many. The video is 37:08 minutes long but is very interesting and flies by (in my estimation) For a concise view on this discovery feel free to watch.
  18. I haven't forgotten about you guys, it just hasn't done it again. It did it every day for a month and now it just stopped.
  19. Will do, doesn't do it all the time. Umm how do I do that again? Where you would expect https it just has a image of a closed pad lock. It usually happens when I pass the cursor over the script, sometimes it goes away but sometimes it doesn't until I switch pages.
  20. You might have hit the nail on the head, I have an aquarium beside the tower... But no, HTTPS is not in the address...
  21. My computer seems to be having problem with the letters on screen, sometimes the letters will be broken up in random places and sometime letters will disappear completely.
