hi, this is my first post here, i hope u can help me out for my lab protocol! we need to do enzyme assaying for malate dehydrogenase. the substrate we are using is oxaloacetate and NADH. what is an appropriate concentration to use? it should be higher than the enzyme so that it will not be the limiting factor right? same for oxaloacetate
