Can anyone exlpain how a computer the size of a organic cell could perform complex functions or how far we have taken this technology which I think will change the way we live in the imediate future? I know very litte about this science but I find it very interesting.

the F-22 is the best chance fro a comabat kill it will see the enemy first and in this modern war era that is all it takes. I also think the F-22 will be the last manned fighter because the only thing holding planes back is the pilot and I have no problem with our wars being like a ultimate episode of battlebots lol.

yea philbo u probly know more than me it sounds like in this area, I think ur right it just is how well a prison is runned but i disagree with putting theives in with sex-offenders and they should use differant methods to rehabilitate differant types of criminals, the 3 strikes law for example a person who steals a BB-Q 3 times and is caught 3 times can be sent to a life sentence in some states. I agree with putting violent 3 time offenders away for life but only criminals who put the public safety at risk should be subject to this punishment.

Nk is not a prosporus nation and they could sell nukes to groups who would use them and the war in the Korean peninsula is only at a cease fire not a peace treaty. Iran in my opinion would be very dangerous to its neighbors if it had a nuclear arsenal, I wish no one had nukes but Russia and the U.S and other major powers knew using them ment the end and I dont think a country with extremeist views should be allowed to make them. That is only my opinion I am sure people in Nk and Iran are taught to fear us and even hate and we are fed propoganda that they are evil and the truth is there is good and bad in every race and we need to let the good speak for us instead of the bad?

lol I learned from trail and alot of error and found the small estes kits are very good for starters 5000 meters is a dream goal but any high altitude over 2500 feet is a good flight and the triple camanche rocket kit from estes is a awsome multi-stage rocket that I found very fun to fly and I believe they are still on the market, some country's do have laws and do not sell these kits which I think is unforunate because this hobby realy makes u think and to watch your creation soar high up always puts a smile on my face lol. Blike u sound smart could u try to figure out how much KNO3/C and how big I should make the shell ? I am not good at that kind of math yet lol.

Iran and North Korea most likey see now as the best time as ever to secretly build an arsenal of wmd's, Bush and his cabinet did take their eye off the ball and now they are playing catch-up and the fact that Iran and North Korea had to deal with changing administrations and changing policy's their leaders are still the same, death to america chants I heard on the news from Iran's parliment. If we asume the U.S has the best world intelligence and they cant get the Iraq story right how can they even think they know North Korea dosent have 20 nukes and the medium range missles. We live in the age where the information to make these devices are almost a degree away I realy think the more country's get nukes the more chance someone will use them and that will set off a terrible chain-reaction of bad happening's I wish we could use our minds for better diplomacy can work ?

I dont know much about real applied physics but if u could increase the resistance of the spring to store the required energy to increase its gravity would that be possible?

I love it heard about the scram jet for a few years now its almost a reality, once a manned version takes flight. The fact that it uses atmospheric hydrogen to fuel its faster speeds is awsome.

Arafat is dead now but if they did kill him that would have been a grave mistake. peace will not come to the mideast in our childrens lifetime maby after that alot of healing and animosity need to pass, I side with all involved who dont resort to extreme measures because mutual understanding is the basic principal of peace, knowing the others right to exist very basic but it seems that some on each side only think for their own intrests.

Kool I am a avid rocketeer it is good to see a post with my hobby in it. I started buying them from the store now I make em from scratch and still they are very difficult to get them do do what u want I will post some pic when I get a digital cam and post em I made some unique lookin ones lol and I like to make my own engines. The science of getting your solid fuel made so it works realy helped me lean basic chemistry since i never went to high-school I am makin a 15 foot tall shell for my next big flyer and want to get the apogee at 5000 meters high lol that will be very tough the highest I measured at was less than half that with self-built motors but I am just gonna make em 3 times as big and hope fro the best lol.I try to get pic soon

I mixed potassium per-chloride and sulfuric acid when I was supposed to put the disel in the mix instead of the potassium. I was makin a chemical detonator for one of my self-built model rockets lol. I make them good now all I do is pull a string which drops the potassium per-chloride in the sulfuric acid mixed with disel (only a bit) lol cause they electical ones cost $$ and I like makin things. but I caught part of my clothes on fire which was chemical and only went out after rolling on ground and screaming for a min or so and was left a nasty burn on my arm only 1st degree so no scaring but very painful. I was 20 when that happened now I am ultra careful when doin my rocket hobby.
