in this case: |x2 - 1| = x2 - 1 or -(x2 - 1) [explain why] |x2 + 2x - 3| = x2 + 2x - 3 or -(x2 + 2x - 3) [explain why]
in this case: |x2 - 1| = x2 - 1 or -(x2 - 1) [explain why] |x2 + 2x - 3| = x2 + 2x - 3 or -(x2 + 2x - 3) [explain why]
