In science, how many theories are there to claim something as a final theroy? In the best of my experience in teaching and research in biophysical chemistry, I know science has only one theory. Rest of them are not theories. They are just either methodologies or observations. Even many of my collegues suffer with the problem of projecting everything as a theory!

The basis of confusion is the improper handling of words.
