The question is interesting but the gravitational forces are too weak to produce the proper elevation of the Hoover board . Also balance would be a critical issue as far as useability , and the magnetic field fluctuates locally. If you could create a flat metallic field and make it into a electromagnet, then you would have the elevation but still not enough stability. The idea is great though and should be worked onthe frictionless applications for recreation and transportation would be very cost effective as a dramatic decrease in wear and tear on both vehicles and surface roads and skate parks etc would be immediate although the savingswould be slightly offset by the electricity to run these tracks roads although with advances in solar power production that additional cost could be minimized greatly . -
