  1. I find if you do it twice it shows content rather than refreshing the users.
  2. If it converts from visible to non visible on a broadband it'll be black.
  3. If it doesn't reflect visible light, it's black.
  4. No invisible is when light can pass straight through without being altered. Black is when something doesn't reflect visble light.
  5. That wouldn't be invisible. It'd be black.
  6. ! Moderator Note What part of do not reintroduce this topic did you not understand. Don't do it again.
  7. Yes just like they. If you were measuring the temperature (or volume and pressure) of the internal volume you would also have the auto ignition temperature (assuming it didn't very with pressure). You should look at the ideal gas law, pV=nRT.
  8. Add material or reduce the volume. The cloud in a bottle demonstration (see YouTube) works by raising the temperature by pumping in air. Probably the easiest way to find auto ignition temp is experimentally.
  9. Juno raises an interesting question. Why do you want to patent?
  10. All I can see in those threads is his frustration at your English communication. Nothing overly rude or insulting. Also, ! Moderator Note The public forum isn't the place for these discussion. Report posts that break the rules. Thread closed.
  11. That's a great idea. Interestingly your quoted section about the chief editor was about all I could understand in that post....
  12. It does to lots of people right now.
  13. You should get companies you talk to to sign a nondisclosure agreement. That's pretty standard when talking to people as you go through the patent process.
  14. ! Moderator Note Don't post your phone number on the open forum.
  15. This is a science forum. We're going to judge on the evidence not a test score (anyone who's interested https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Test_of_English_as_a_Foreign_Language).
  16. I asked a similar question on page one. I can't understand enough of the replies to know whether blue might think he answered.
  17. No, they read it, they probably only read the title or abstract realised it wasn't for them and sent you a standard desk reject email. They don't care about giving you feedback other than it's not for them. This forum is not the place to seek financial assistance.
  18. Support in what? Support with what?
  19. So much bad as... Doesn't make sense. My irony meter just melted. What do you want from this thread?
  20. ! Moderator Note I agree. I thought we were getting somewhere with efforts at some of Strange's questions. I was wrong. Do not reintroduce this topic.
  21. I was faced with a similar choice. I think I made the right one, for me. But that would have been wrong for many others. I picked the one I had enjoyed the longest. Knowing where in the would you are would also help us.
  22. ! Moderator Note Only one thread per topic. Threads merged.
  23. I dislike windows. I find it frustrating, limited out of the box, and unstable. My laptop recently passed away and I'm either going to get a Macbook or a dell developer laptop with Linux. Drivers for USB to serial devices are more annoying in windows and to a certain extent macos. Which is important for programming arduinos and similar. Really it depends on your usec ase. Mine is arduino development and photo editing so good screen, bit of grunt and access to darktable.
  24. False and moved to speculations. Please review the special rules for this area.
