You need to ask yourself how the charger knows how much charge is in the cells. You'll then want to ask how you can measure voltage. Then you'll know why plugging it into itself produces oddresultss.

Let's take this sentence. It is very poor English. "I still think you are clever in comparison" is fine, but you need to replace "general ones" with "to most people", even "to general ones" is better. The lack of "to" makes it incorrect. "But not do much friendly" is incorrect "but not as friendly" would improve matters significantly. These are not even your worst sentences. I'm not trying to offend you, but do you really only want to surround yourself with yes men?
