So where in the forum rules does it say that questions need to be in certain preferred classes? Method? Style? I thought I was " too" asking scientific questions, until I realized, they were --> nonsensical and trivial ---> as per your words. About the human soul, spirit or what ever it is, it still remains something scientist cannot explain.. "Love" being one of them! The other member forget this refereed to ---> " man made devices" Now things make better sense John thanks!, although the soup can still be created, it would still have different masses, color and etc, " assumed you did this by hand" if your were to create more and more and open your own business " example there" "Machinery" I am assuming that devices are used for precision ie, such as milligrams in aspirin for example. Since aspirin in boxes at stores must be "even multiples" of each other, ie have same dosages for the patience, I assume then your method " soap" example would not work. Could this have been an issue back in ancient times?????? Considering the human mass and milligrams we know of today as a standard dosage?? I guess the real question is, why did science evolve in this fashion in our current world today??? You are very correct about the periodic table by the way..

Wasn't the periodic table created not too long ago? Cloning is a good example here: Would the " subject still have a " soul" if the subject was cloned as another human being? The body would be the device " ie: measuring tool that holds the molecules together" and the organic copy " ie: the human" would be the chemical substances. Where does the humun's soul come from, can science create this to??? So you mean that in "Ancient Times" they could have been experimenting on nuclear methods as science does today in our current day and age with the current devices to measure? I have read that Uranium was found near by the ancient pyramids.. http://nuclearpyramid.com/other_two_pyramids.php " man made" measuring devices?" John, of coarse I already knew this. But in our current world we now have more " harmful elements in the air than any other time due to scientific experiments, this is fact here. Let me be more direct: Can a scientist " without these devices" still perform science methods as normal routine? The point is that I am wondering if these devices have anything to do with " distance" IE the " size " of beacons per say, the length of a thermometer. Not sure why someone gave me a negative reputation but obviously some scientist don't like it when people ask " hard questions" that seem un- answered. People look up to scientist for answers, they should be more patient, more sincere, more compassionate....As for " me" I just like asking them question

You stated that h is a positive number? " h is defined to be a positive number" --->your words.. Why does the exponent matter? I thought this was not the case...

Would chemistry still exist, if their were no " man made" measuring devices? The image are " some" of the measuring tools I speak of. The point I am trying to comprehend is how chemistry is connected to " perimeters of geometry " see images." When I say connected, I mean how a substance is used with the science tool to carefully measure its volume, mass and etc.. With this said, how does this correlate with " balancing chemical equations." Would that be pointless with man made tools of measure then??? Or am I not getting something?

Crazy question then: 6.62606957(29)×10−34is a positive number???? Planck constant http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Planck_constant If h is a magnitude I assume its linear, such as a radian? Otherwise how else could the quantum of action " evolve" in relation to " electron spin orbitals"? h bar?? but that involves another fundamental constant as pi ratio, which is also used to measure: volumes, circumferences, gas prices and etc. Seems pi ratio is virtual involving spin. h is a positive number, Hymm, If this is not the case, then can their ever be something as, traveling back in time?? If the h constant is the quanta of action, then I believe so. But then their is the issues of the suspected " graviton sir" Graviton http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Graviton With all its interactions with the quantum world, I assume the electron spin orbitals and shells also connect to the " evolution" of time.

Spin is a solely quantum-mechanical phenomenon http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spin_(physics) If this is truly the case, " could " this mean that the h constant has a double? an anti per say? In this model : http://hyperphysics.phy-astr.gsu.edu/hbase/spin.html it shows the formula with h similar as up or down. I think what confuses many about this is that h = 1 and -1 simultaneously or proportionally sound. That could mean the h constant is a squared number somehow. I assume this is why the wave function focuses on the electron and nothing else. In this video however, it shows how the h constant is related to chemical interactions of the periodic table: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A6DiVspoZ1E But as with the later mentioned if this is such the case, then h must have an anti association.

Shape of the wave of a single photon
Iwonderaboutthings replied to DParlevliet's topic in Quantum Theory
WOW! that is a nice work of art -
Are standing waves = to " a regular distance"? Or does this only apply to QM? The reason I ask is because of how a typical distance in the physical real world " also" applies to time. Time I mean the speed of light, and "typical distance" I mean " example" from your house to your job. Yes I know about atomic clocks and time dilation. Not sure if c is applicable to " ordinary time though" as in 12: 40 pm, 1:20 am and so fourth. Distance from x to dx, is this another way of describing what I am asking? The way I am thinking is that c " time" which does not exist in this dimension being constant in the known universe must be = to " any distance, vectors and etc that describe time including waves and standing waves. These must be obsolete forms do to Newtonian Mechanics. However, if this is the case, then photons, " mass-less" particles must be something else other than what we know them as, because of their connection to time and distance. I truly believe that photons " do not exist as distance does no exist at all because of the later mentioned. I may be wrong though and need more clarity on this distance and c relation. However, c is a 2d representation " only" with no " volume and or pressure relation to G it appears. Where G most likely is a separate case in this all together. This being said, then E=mc squared is incorrect?????????? Remember: in the physical real world " does this apply or is this only valid for QM? But it is rather confusing because to me distance is distance because its relation to time which is c. Then you have G that makes things move rotate, have mass. This is going to be an interesting topic!

what are units in chemistry???
Iwonderaboutthings replied to Iwonderaboutthings's topic in Chemistry
Well, there was an issue earlier on how I may have been confusing numbers and units. So to say, numbers are used to calculate units, but it seem that units are connected to numbers and so fourth. Mind boggling. Then chemical equations always must balance? This is also why I confuse numbers and units. It is this balance I don't comprehend, if numbers are only random things per say then how can you balance randomness? However, since chemical units are confirmed, could there also be something as an exponent "chemical unit?" In other words, lets take G 9.8 m/s, could G be an exponent of x^2 as in this " example" x^9.8. I am assuming this " somehow" could be the case. But then how would you use x then????? What confuses me is this: The exponent then is a ratio ?????????? Is this why balance is so required in chemistry? Since chemistry adheres to atoms and electron orbitals I could only assume balance applies to all fields of science, not just chemistry.. But again: Units, Numbers and Fundamental Constants are all connected to units and random numbers. Although in my opinion it seems this balance is all connected to time no matter how you look at it. -

I have many many times before Quantum Field Theory, I am assuming that is what you are talking about. Theoretical Frame Works, but theories only hold for so long until proven wrong. In these field axioms and the laws of algebra are no longer valid not to mention quanternion mathematics that turns everything inside out " also" termed " robotic arms." Quaternions in Computer Vision and Robotics http://citeseerx.ist.psu.edu/viewdoc/download?doi=10.1.1.52.6729&rep=rep1&type=pdf I am assuming a more bold approach such like an algo rhythm that would solve x^2= -1 WHY??? Because QM deals with waves and electricity hence a system that is mechanical not organic that's ---> physics not a two way street here. Ironically physics and QM rely on each other still to this date. Hence QM operators used in physical formulas and equation that "predict nature's behavior, such like a fortune teller does both make predictions and both at times can be wrong. It has already been confirmed here that physics applies to the entire universe, this being the case we are all in a box is how I look at it. I can only assume this is why -1 uses multiples of i units to know whats on the other side rather " forbidden regions" of space. Needless to say it also helps to understand Polar Coordinates, rather static universes, " my God" Hence, The Dirac Belt Trick: http://virtualmathmuseum.org/Surface/dirac-belt/DiracBelt.pdf However then we have particles deciding when they want to be watched hence Double Slit. From spin 1/2 particles to the very essence of G h and c not being equal to 1 " in SI units. I would be more interested in them being = -1 In all applied cases from higher level maths to the very basics, seems everything is 1/2 missing still. John who said I believe in numerology? My only interest in numerology is to understand "psychological perceptions." Healing the world with numbers and philosophy " aint " such a bad thing, but read on----> Why I venture in these fields? Because To discover something is making sure no rocks are left un-turned. Example, if I was attracted to the same sex, what good would I be as a counselor to a heterosexual couple?? The point is at least for me, is that if you are going to be a scientist and want to be a great one, you must free your mind from any biases and have a noble approach to all methods used in relation to numbers in all their uses.. Again: To discover something is making sure no rocks are left un-turned. .At best like it or not we have 9 billion people on this world with many interpretations for the use of numbers. Those numerologist online with with their predictions " should be sited" for fear mongering, I read about it all the time, and yes its a shame! -

I checked out Etymology, read some a bit, but I think you are confusing me a bit here. When I say hexagram, I mean the form of geometry not the word per say. It has been in religion, philosophy art and so many other subjects that I am sure you may know about... This being the case here I would only assume that this representation of harmony would be somewhere in the lines of what" science " describes as per say " harmonic oscillation, inverse square laws, proportionality, Doppler effects, double split, particle duality, " pi ratio" electrostatic equilibrium, balanced chemical equations. Its all complimentary much like color theory and QM. Not to mention waves, circles, the precession of earth, yin and yang. From right angel triangles in Trigonometry following the Pythagorean Theorem. Hexagrams have been in use for centuries. I assume since quarks and gluons been discovered perhaps the " word" century is an understatement. Hexagrams also describe torque and momentum of energies as a vortex to " some." Thus every angle of this has the famous 90 degrees " angles." There is a reason why myth stays around so long. So I hope this helps to clarify things...If not please let me know. Oh and yes I am still waiting for Bignose, to tell me how they knew my gender when it is hidden in my profile. If this proves psychic powers true then I was right all along. -
"Numerology" what is the big deal???

You have left me speechless! WOW! I was thinking all this to be the case, but really wanted to hear this from someone else! This is why math and numbers never made sense to me, but they sure as hell do now! I am sure everyone here knows you are beyond brilliance! JEEEZ! I am still speechless, WOW! Your one good scientist! Thanks! So, looks like I better really get on high level mathematics then! What you told me here and now is more than enough inspiration it is a push with a thrust! -

Imaginary units also can refer to numerology, esoteric number theory and etc. You seem to have forgot the whole " latency" description above also. Interesting caparison with Hitler's birthday " THANKS FOR MAKING ME SICK TO MY STOMACH! 99% of numerology is based on healing the world, metaphysical cleansing and all other areas of human suffering. But for the record, your famous i number theory for x^2 = -1 is also under speculation... Controversy Surrounding Imaginary Numbers http://uncyclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Imaginary_numbers -
"Numerology" what is the big deal???
Iwonderaboutthings replied to Iwonderaboutthings's topic in Speculations
ajb I don't mean to sound like a retard, but did you say: Mathematical laws governing the natural phenomena on both worlds is the same??? This could only mean one thing, and that would be that physics does not deal with " any" type of dimension at all. It must be static and found everywhere all at once.. I guess this is a speed of light deal then? Singularities? This is weird and exciting at the same time! Yes this is exactly what I am thinking. Its hard not to, we are talking about other worlds, or rather humans being the only species in the universe with the only devices to measure things. However, I have read that SI units are universal in the sense that it can be used on other planets. However, I think a member made a point very clear, but I am unsure why mathematics is at all involved. The real issue is dealing with the many ways of factoring the same product, sum and etc... Its should be one simple process, but I know it is not. -
That is correct, and yes I am aware that the list goes on and on. Then it is confirmed that units and numbers are important. Other members should be aware of this, thanks. Him??? My Profile has my gender hidden Any"hoo" This can get complex when we start talking about " latency" and how some micro bacteria in the human body do not react in curable manners with the antibiotics prescribed. However " latency" is another issue when dealing with electrical devices connected to a computer system's audio program, in this case a midi interface and a musical interface.. I guess the real question is, why are bacteria and electricity both connected to latency or " a time delay" Relativistic issues maybe??? Or even better, Do We Live In Two Worlds? Digital and Organic? or Material And Spiritual? To add, strong nuclear forces such as those dealing with quarks up up down, and down down up, form the geometric configuration of a hexagram connected to gluons. And as we know gluons stretch and shrink with maximum and minimum energies, such like a metric unit of measure with numbers connected to units. When dealing with esoteric mathematics the geometry and proportions match those of phi ratio and pi ratio coupled with this hexagram form. But to add hexadecimal is also computer based. These are all facts. Strong nuclear forces is perhaps the most highest of science and do have many religious connections coupled with " life" in general, the sustainability of matter and other things that are way above science's comprehensions. Strong nuclear forces are not to our day and age understood. Have you a link that disproves this>>? Now you may see why numerology, esoteric mathematics, science, religion and etc, may be one of the dozens of ways to describe this in our day and age, maybe in 1000 years they will have another method whom knows. Coupled with QM, and atomic orbitals this gets even more complex... The point is that these forces are " real " and they are unseen by us. And anything unseen is referred to as mysterious the most popular choice even in Hollywood films.

HUH?? Your Mod Note Asked Me A Question.... Yes this has made more sense now that I see numbers, thanks. This now makes more sense to me.I have seen how field axioms "rules of algebra" are not necessarily applied to imaginary units for x^2 = -1 and at best imaginary units at times have exponents. I think mathematics is far and extremely complex which is why I'd invest more time asking then assuming. Its better to be cautious then make mistaken later in life when you are at the professional level, as I see now I am getting a very poor ratings just by asking question that seem in terms of speculation, or something else for that matter.

why cant someone simply show a numerical example? 2+4 = 6 7+5=12 but there is an exponent in their. If it is that simple then show me, I don't respond to well when people make assumption that I " must be wanting to know this" because I am applying this to numerology in a public forum where this is considered " bunkum ie nonsense" , that was unnecessary and had nothing to do with my OP, not to mention " tactful and occult in itself for other members reading this and affecting my reputation! On another note here: It is rather hard to focus on one member when other members dissect your replies get what " they" want and start a whole new topic that is out of the OP. Have any advice?? So, can anyone show me a " numerical" representation? Otherwise yes, this thread will be done, I have read about this for many years, and still it does not make sense because everyone has their own " way" of explain their " beliefs." so pi ratio is wrong when you use numbers that represent a diameter??? 3.14 ( 2*earth's radius ) = circumference "is wrong??" can you show a numerical representation that " proves this to be wrong??
-
This is a dumb question! however I have been told on this forum that units are just that "units" and they have no meaning. But I have read how science in the past have had many accidents because of SI Unit Conversions, or units mistaken in general.. I don't see how on earth without math that units could be applied and measured. Either I am dumb and retarded or someone is pulling my leg.

I totally agree with you and thanks, however the Uncertainty Principle, Particle in a box " too" are IE Your words : tend to help you be either correct or accurate. Science I have been told is a generalization of real physical interactions.. ajb no disrespect, you have had the most super answers for me before, But I asked: Would the double Slit Experiment Work on the planet Jupiter, I was not talking about Earth and Jupiter having the same physics. By the way, how can Jupiter "a mostly gas atmospheric planet" even come close to the physics of earth? Unless I don't know something then this would be wrong. However, I have never been on other worlds to know this to be either true nor false.. Someone would have to go the Jupiter and perform this Double Slit Experiment. After all this is physics right? not some mystical connection bumbo jumbo right? -
what does context " points" of view have to do with with constants in general? Is there only one definite absolute way of reason, or did I miss something?? Math, numbers and science are all mixed in together. IE discrete amounts of energy, units / time " in a another dimension and etc.. I think you know what I am talking about. LET ME GET ONE THING CLEAR HERE! YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THAT CHEMISTRY DOES NOT PRIORITIZE UNITS--->??? OR THAT UNITS TO THEM ARE JUST UNITS????? WHAT ABOUT ALL THE ACCIDENTS IN THE HISTORY OF SCIENCE DUE TO MISTAKEN UNITS OF MEASURE!? SORRY FOR THE BOLD TYPE BUT THIS IS SOMETHING NEW... So if a child can answer this " why has this thread been so LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG AND BORING????? Oh what??? You don't like my bold type? thought I would not respond back to you in the same rude context as yourself!? You get what you put in.

Iwonderaboutthings replied to Iwonderaboutthings's topic in Speculations
This is simple: LAY LINES BERMUDA TRIANGLE THE PYRAMIDS Question, would the double slit experiment perform the same on the planet Jupiter??? Numerology has nothing to do with "modeling the world per say" that is mostly Mundane Astrology.. However I think anyone can predict what the future holds for this world its called more madness, greed and power trips. "HOWEVER" since we are here, WHAT IS THE CAUSE FOR ALL THE MESS IN THIS WORLD? What causes greed? What causes hate? What cause homosexuality?? Religion?? War??? COULD SCIENCE ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS???? OR COULD SOMEONE DEALING WITH METAPHYSICS AND NUMEROLOGY DO BETTER? In either cases the world is a MESS coupled with " all their beliefs" its good to have an open mind though.- 12 replies
