Hi, Does anyone have an idea what this is? It was deeply imbedded in my back for about two years and although it was visible from the skin surface (looked kind of like an ingrown blackhead) it needed a significant incision to be removed. It is round, hard, and 2.75mm tall by 2mm wide. Any ideas? Thanks!
