I'm pretty sure that the equation for hydrochloric acid reacting with potassium hydroxide is HCl(aq)+KOH(s)-->KCl(aq)+H2O(l) but im unsure about what the ionic equation is, I was hovering around H+(aq)+KOH(s)-->K+(aq)+H2O(l) I'm open to any suggestions/corrections Merged post follows: Consecutive posts mergeddon't worry about it, just realized i have my states wrong, KOH is aqueous not solid so the net ionic equation would be H+(aq)+OH-(aq)-->H2O(l)
