Some questions about dark matter

Does dark matter surround a galaxy in a sphere shape ? Does this sphere have a constant density ? Or a changing one, like less and less dark matter towards the outer rim of the sphere ?

It is spherical. The density is higher towards the centre. (Sadly, I have never been able to track down a graph showing the density distribution.)
