You have, Glymes, Bisphenol, Phthalates, lots of kinds of pesticides that are affecting low quality of sperm and could be good for miscarriage.

There are a great many that have the potential to do this. However, if used properly and with due care, there should be minimal risk. Yes, the effects would be permanent. Why do you want to know? It may help to better answer your question if we knew why.

A hypothetical way to stunt the growth of a population

It should have the ability to be spread through the air or through the food/water supply

I have to come up with a way to limit the population growth for a class project. This wouldn't actually be practiced in any way shape or form. I just thought I'd get some insight on what chemicals do this since I have 0 knowledge on the subject
