Has the Brain Mapped Fully?

So for Nerve Gear i was looking into brain mapping but couldn't get a definitive answer so have we fully mapped the brain i mean 100% i did saw a article where he was stating that the brain was mapped almost but there were some errors because he was tearing the brain.
