fiveworlds Posted January 10, 2017 Author Posted January 10, 2017 That just gets me long cables and people telling me all hdmi connectors are the same. They tend not to specify the length of the connector.

Maybe you have a faulty laptop or cable See that's what I thought when I first bought the hdmi cable sure one size fits all right?? He has a faulty cable that works the laptop isn't standard though it has a hdmi input graphics card which is rare and the cable he has at the moment came with the laptop.
