Batbilegt Posted January 13, 2017 Posted January 13, 2017 Hello guys. I am working on blood of sheep. Blood is hydrolized by pancreas of bovine. I do not know how to check rate of hydrolization. I used electrophoresis but is too limited. I hope you can help me. Thanks for your advice
