Im not that good, I don't have any equipments yet.I just want to see some nearby heavenly bodies first at this time.And with the budget,enough for beginners

Best advice I can give is to join a local astronomy club. I'd suggest googling one in your area.

Here is one example...fairly easy to build quickly with commonly available items including two inexpensive magnifying glasses.
