I believe after reading a few different articles on Laniakea the milky way is in a Galactic Super-cluster in a Super-cluster of its own and in each "Super" Super-cluster there a different perspectives in such a way that there is different laws of physics. Another point I have to make is the universe is not expanding its the same size as it start billions of years of go, we just are going towards the center just like solar systems and a black hole.

What evidence do you have that the laws of physics are different in super-clusters?

Then why is the red-shift the same in all directions?

And how do explain the presence of the cosmic microwave background?
