Hope this is not a repeat....you should know that I'm a bit clumsy at this sort of thing.

 

I need to know the formula for determining the angle of incidence for a specific moment on the diurnal arc. I do know that the angle occuring at 3:33...PM is 50.625 degrees, but don't know how it's derived.
