Jessek Posted February 16, 2017 Posted February 16, 2017 Can anyone recommend a good chemistry book for a beginner. I know I have learned up to the mol and Avogadro number so I know about isotopes and the atom. I also know a little bit about bonding but I would like a refresher on that. Thank you.
Daecon Posted February 17, 2017 Posted February 17, 2017 Your local library may have Chemistry for Dummies, I generally find the "for Dummies" series to be quite good whatever the subject material.
jessehk Posted March 25, 2017 Posted March 25, 2017 Thank you. I looked around the fourums for some more ideas and I am now in the process of reading General Chemistry by Linus Pauling. This is a great chemistry book that covers on many topics
