Can you not see? The lines that intersect our world in your graphic are longer at the poles, therefore the energy contained in those lines are more spread out and therefore the heat is less concentrated.

 

Spread out heat less concentration? More like thicker the atmosphere cooller it gets going through.

You could say carbon monoxide is warming the planet, so longer lines means more warming.

 

Pole: Was frozen at something like -30. Now melting so someẃhere around 0. Difference of 30 degrees. So 15 degrees change per "thickness at equator"(Double line distance)

 

Equator Say 38 degrees. Global warming is only about 1 degrees.

Anyone care to explain?

 

At top of atmosphere its 1000's degrees and by the time it reaches the equator surface it's about 40 degrees.

If the difference in temperature is 1000's degrees. Then if the line distance is double then why not continue getting colder at is the poles of 1000's of degrees below freezing?

 

This is becoming more confusing.

 

Theres overall temperature to take into consideration.

And water freezes at exactly 0 and below.

Why not calculate the relative effects of the thicker atmosphere and the fact that the energy is spread out over a larger area. Then you can see for yourself which is more significant.

Atmosphere reflects heat. Longer lines at poles means more reflection .

 

Much like obstinacy reflects logic, like i say do a little reading; you might learn something...
