Can quantum physics explain the reality?

Our reality is constituted of matter, our brain is formed by matter that generates another matter with the thought.

Then, thought produces matter.

If this one is truth, can we change the reality? So, if we can change the reality, then exist infinite realities.

Infinite realities-> parallel universes

Maybe the matter is less real than we imagine, biologically our reality is only an elaboration of the brain that transforms electric signals into something to which we attribute an existence.

Be clear, i'm not a physique.

No.

 

Even if some of our actions are influenced by the randomness inherent to quantum mechanics, we have no way to influence the outcome. We can't influence the outcome inside our own brain, and we can't influence it anywhere else.

 

Thought does not produce matter.

I disagree that our brains produce matter. Or more accurately, that our thoughts do.

 

Since our thoughts are only comprised of neurons firing back and forth, and are further effected by various levels and combinations of neurotransmitters in our brain, the thoughts are, well, all in your head. No external emissions are detected, unless you want to call a physical action an emission. And certainly no mass is created. Or even acted upon, as telekinesis claims. The mind only can imagine matter and force.

 

Some of the TK believers have tried to explain or justify their claims by dragging quantum mechanics into the equation. Saying that their TK works on that level. This is only because they can offer no real or true explanation how it works. There had never been any documented proof of it. So they drag QM into the mix, as they know that it is difficult to explain if fathom for most people. It's like the Creationists trying to Gussy up their beliefs with a bit of bad science and rename it intelligent design! LOL

Just thought I'd come here and spout some drivel since I saw the phrase ''parallel universes''.

Yep, as 'Velocity' stated above, our brains don't physically exert a tangible matter or anything of the sort at all-- the workings of our mind are pretty much mutually exclusive to concepts like reality and higher universes, for while the latter can be a construct, it's also an actual visualised thing. And can quantum physics explain reality? Quantum physics is purely theoretical. We can certainly attach hypotheses to it and calculations and the like can aid in making sense of what 'reality' is and how it works, but a rigid explanation is different, since there are lot of conflicting branches and ideas.

 

However, I personally (with my quite visibly limited experience in quantum workings themselves, whoops) quantum theory contains many of the most plausible applications for figuring 'reality', 'our present universe' etc. out.

I want to talk about parallel universes and higher dimensions if anyone else is up for that, though.^^
