Which stimulants in difference from caffeine develop almost no tolerance and cause no problems with heart? They suppose to be available over the counter. I agree to regard some "overdose" substances under condition they cause no harm to health and only produce a strong stimulant effect.

As far as I'm aware of, basically every stimulant, drug, medicine, acting on receptors, is prone to tolerance and addiction ...

 

We wouldn't be calling certain doses "overdoses" if they were not harmful.

Stimulants generally, amongst other attributes, are characterised by the possibility of addiction and erratic effects on the heart, so I doubt you'd be able to find what you're looking for under the phrase 'stimulant'.

You mention looking for just the effect itself, but that'd be hard to source without the associated side effects. rip

Yes. There will always be a cost somewhere.
