What happens to the energy emitted by the Sun?

I have a question, is there any explanation what happens to the energy emitted by the Sun (3,864E + 26W) and all other stars in the Universe, altogether about 2E + 22 suns, giving total power of 7,728E + 39GW (!), constantly pumped into space of the Universe?

The photons and other ejecta keep on travelling until they bump into something

So a tiny proportion of it warms the Earth (and provides almost every source of energy).

Even heat from the Earth eventually ends up traveling in space like the photons that didn't encounter anything in space.

 

It seems they do not have to hit anything and might travel forever.
