PH of Plant due to change in Water PH

I have a glass of water with a PH of 7. I put a Plant in the water and mashed the Plant up. The PH of the water is now 6. What is the PH of the Plant? Is there a formula I can use to calculate the change?

A plant doesn't have a meaningful pH.

Some bits of the plant will have a different pH to other bits.

 

Incidentally it's pH not PH

The sap of the plant is likely to be fairly well buffered

So the pH of the extract is probably fairly near the average pH of the plant tissues.
