hon101
Is there an add-on in ImageJ or something that can mark, label, and count GFP-marked cells without it mistaking unintentional GFP stains for cells so that I can know the number of cells in a specific picture (given enough contrast between the cells and the background)? Additionally I want to measure the distance between these cells and some structures, but there are too many cells to measure distance for. Is it possible for ImageJ to do this as well so that I can just use math (like the normal distribution) to make statistics?
