vuyyhari Posted June 28, 2017 Posted June 28, 2017 Dear Scientists, I have a small assignment to do. Recently there is an article data demonstrated that increase of skin and blood ILC2 counts in Systemic Sclerosis (SSc) patients Title of article "Type 2 innate lymphoid cell counts are increased in patients with systemic sclerosis and correlate with the extent of fibrosis" My task is how you would proceed to analyse of which origin the blood ILC2s are. How would you rule out if they are mobilised from the site of inflammation to the blood circulation or if they are rather mobilised from bone marrow and actively recruited to the site of inflammation? By which means would you examine recruitment of ILC2s to skin? I should provide an experimental plan by using Invitro and invivo methods SO i request you all, kindly to give me some suggestion how could i proceed with it. Thanks, Regards Haryy
