hey i have this question relating to probability plots...

 

my teacher said that if you see a j shape (where the head of the j would be at the top right corner and the tail of the j would be at the bottom left corner, along the diagonal probability plot) in a probability plot, then that means the data is skewed...except she said that its skewed in the direction of the j...does any1 know any websites that would explain it better, or can any1 explain it to me?
