The sides of a parallelogram are 4cm and 6cm, and the angle between the sides is 30 degree. Find the area of the parallelogram. (without the use of trigonometry or vector; this is for a 8th std student)

How do you think you should go about this? It looks like homework and I understand the forum discourages just giving people the answer without some effort on their part.

Exactly what Area54 said.  First thing draw a diagram, mark off what you know about the figure, think about what else you can tell, and do make sure you have read the question properly and understand.  If you quickly list you ideas about how to approach then members will help
