After a peaceful follower of the Quran reads

(Surah 3:157-158, 169, 195)
(Surah 4:71-74, 84,91)
(Surah 5:35)
(Surah 8:12, 17, 39, 60-65, 74-75)
(Surah 9:5, 14, 20, 24, 29, 36, 38, 39, 41, 73, 111)
(Surah 22: 58, 78)
(Surah 25:52)
(Surah 29:6)
(Surah 47:4)
(Surah 61:4, 11)
(Surah 66:9)

----> Disobeying these above, by being peaceful towards other religions means going against the Quran ?

I haven't read all of those passages, but your conclusion seems wrong to me, I think it's essentially saying 'if they're trying to kill you it's ok to kill them, otherwise leave them in peace'.

Don't forget the time it was written was riddled with war.

But Dimreepr seems to be saying that the Quran does not prevent a follower from being peaceful and friendly towards other religions. Therefore, if Deemreepr is correct, your question is meaningless.

It's very much the point, it's all about interpretation (how many variations of the same text in that link) and understanding the culture of the writers.

Imagine it was written in WWII, by either side, collaboration with the enemy would be frowned upon but that doesn't mean I can't have German friends now.

Since,  i have read all those i presume in a post (Atheist Republic).... Look , these verses relate to other verses preceeding and succeeding so concluding the meaning from these alone would be unjust.. ... Besides verses we also have hadiths so i would recommend there confirmation from hadiths as well... Though i might lack at some part...
