daisy Posted July 9, 2003 Author Posted July 9, 2003 I've moved on a bit now....any tips on site directed mutagenesis?? I can't get it to work. I've tried changing template amounts, DMSO, used a gradient block to vary annealing temp, used a different clone, tried a kit, tried the standard lab protocol..... Any magic wands out there?
