Miseria_ Posted June 12, 2003 Posted June 12, 2003 A friend of mine brought this up in conversation and I want to find some educated answers, so where better to come? I was wondering if there have ever been any acctual attempts or theories for halting space and time in a contolled area?
fafalone Posted June 12, 2003 Posted June 12, 2003 However under current models it's possible to slow down space-time signficantly by travelling very close to the stopping point.
Miseria_ Posted June 12, 2003 Author Posted June 12, 2003 But that doesnt come close to complete stasis so it doesnt help me
BPHgravity Posted June 12, 2003 Posted June 12, 2003 Originally posted by Miseria_ But that doesnt come close to complete stasis so it doesnt help me Doesn't help you with what? I haven't heard any great theories come from you yet, so dont be so critical when someone gives you their comments or opinions. :bs:
NavajoEverclear Posted June 12, 2003 Posted June 12, 2003 I think everyone should stop talking and just read each others minds------ then there wouldn't be any miscommunications
Miseria_ Posted June 13, 2003 Author Posted June 13, 2003 I havent had any ideas or theories on the subject thats why I am lookin for help on "complete stasis"

How would you do that? I've read about using magnetic fields and slowing down laser patterns or something like that on physicsweb.org Here's the URL: http://physicsweb.org/article/world/14/9/8/1
