Here is more information: Their expertise focuses in areas such as transition metal catalysis, stereoselective synthesis, medicinal and combinatorial chemistry give us the power to discover and develop new chemical entities which hold the promise for tomorrows drugs. Primary Responsibilities: Strong synthetic knowledge and skills to carry out chemical research and development, to identify and to implement viable process for key intermediates and drug candidates to a kilo-lab and pilot-plant scale. Specific Assignments/Technical Requirements: Synthetic organic chemistry with postdoctoral experience and/or 2-6 years of industrial process R&D experience. Qualifications: Prefer Ph.D. with postdoctoral experience. Industrial process R&D experience will be a plus. Candidates with 'strong' synthetic chemistry background are desired. Salary: This client would not want to eliminate an excellent candidate for salary considerations, but general averages are Scientists: 65 to 82K Sr. Scientists: 82 to 95K Each candidate's compensation will be dependent upon their background and years of experience.
