Ola Nordmann Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 Hi. Just wondered how many osmotic power plants there exists in the world today?I know that the first one was built in Norway in 2009, but can't seem to find if any new ones have been built in the recent years.

Sounds interesting but I have never heard of it. Do you have any references? I note this is in homework help. Did you really mean to post it here?
Eric LeClair Posted April 23, 2018 Posted April 23, 2018 I heard something about India following Norway's lead but I'm not sure. If anything that actually solves humanity problems exists, most corporations are not interested in it. They want a temporary solution, not the cure. Sad . . .
Endy0816 Posted April 23, 2018 Posted April 23, 2018 Looks still being developed. https://www.power-technology.com/projects/statkraft-osmotic/ https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Osmotic_power
