So, i have a question about light. When light strikes a surface does it instantly jump off, or is there a small amount of time in which it "sticks" to that surface? If it sticks could we, in theory, spin an object so fast that we could see through it by having that "stuck light" go around the object? I think someone might have put weed in my cereal.
