What is this insect

Has to be a 2018 model...  Almost every year I notice a new one at some moment.

There are thousands of species of mayflies. I lived in Canada for a few years and they are very numerous there. I believe one nickname that they have in the US is "Canadian soldier".

I think that it is a firebrat, a small hexapod.
