Karma was invented by people who, having been wronged, got no justice.

Karma wasn't invented, it was discovered not only by the people who have done wrong (and struggle to carry the guilt) but also by those who use it to forgive the unpunished (and suddenly find their burden lifted) and they don't even have to hope for revenge.
