It also includes Red, Green and Brown algae. Seaweeds can grow in ocean, rivers, lakes and other water bodies. Sensei Posted August 13, 2018 Posted August 13, 2018 (edited) @Moontanman Nori has one of the smallest Iodine content from seaweeds. Sheet of Nori 16 mcg/g. Used as wrap for sushi.
