Have I understood this correctly?

 

Is it really proposed that this may have happened with  with a symmetric or asymmetric  balance of negative and positive "energy?

 

Any evidence or proposed experiments along those lines?

 

Quantum fluctuations don't normally "run away with themselves do They?

Is it of any consequence that energy is relative when talking of the energy of the vacuum?
