Hi

I have recently just read that when a star or planet(of a certain size) it becomes a singularity, which then addmits light rays which curve around the singularity. Now this intill the singularity reaches infinite density is this another way of putting a black hole or is it just a link or rubbish.

thanks

Erm im finding it difficult to understand you, are you english or is it just me?

Anyway, an infinite density is a sigularity and a singularity forms an schwarzchild radius = black hole. If that helps. However Hawking says that you can have naked singularities (for a small amount of time) I think it might just be a quantum mechanics quirk of nature, though, so i dont understand.
