Hello All.  I'm looking for info on building a CVD chamber.  I am aware that there are several methodologies for this process. I am looking for the instructions a 7th grader would use for the science fair, I'm not a 7th grader, I'm a science buff who never really had much of a childhood. I'm also not a chemist, but I am a machinist. So I probably need instructions for an individual slightly more knowledgeable than a doofus.  I'm specifically interested in Sic or diamond . Any suggestions on a book or other resource would be appreciated. Making rocks out of gasses sounds like a cool project!
