They do not identify base pair sequencing... I suppose you mean "sequences"? Based on your knowledge, what is the purpose of sequencing for bacterial ID in the first place, what is the traditional approach and what are the differences in NGS?

thanks sir I am a bachelor student of microbiology so don't have a information of next generation sequencing I had studied 16d RNA sequencing for further studies I have search that topic so thank u so much giving ur feedback
